SITE REPRESENTATIVE - Contract Hire (Offshore) Oil & Gas Industry

Minimum Requirement:

- Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

- At Least 8-10 years of offshore construction experience with adequate exposure to construction works, hook-ups, pre-commissioning and commissioning works.

- Shall have exposure to multi-disciplinary activities related to oil & gas projects on offshore environment.

- Adequate knowledge of offshore constructions practices, marine/safety regulation, QA/QC, HSE and installation, hook up tie-ins for mechanical, structural, electrical & instrumentation and safety system/equipment commissioning procedures.

- Competent in coordinating activities related to offshore projects & supervision of contracted personnel to ensure that work is carried out in a timely manner & in a safe environment.

Role:

- Responsible for management & supervision of contractors site activities & ensures that companys project / HSE requirements are met.

- He will produce Daily Reports for Project Section Leader/Project Engineer highlighting project progress, areas of concern, accidents/incidents if any.

- He shall be responsible for signing off Contractors DPRs and record his comments as necessary.
- He shall verify and ensure that all construction equipment supplied by the Contractor are in good working condition and has valid certification, where applicable.
- Participate in pre-tender site surveys and discussions during the finalization of Contractors scope of work.

- He shall conduct behavioural safety audits and encourage Contractors workmen to report near misses.

- He shall coordinate with warehouse & shipping teams for the supply of project materials as per the requirement.

Age: 28-50 years

Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
