Progressive Global Energy are currently working with a number of clients based on the East Coast of Australia experiencing unprecedented demand for Electrical Estimators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Quotes and budget tenders
- Work alongside Project Planner and Project Management
- Form an integral part of the Estimating Team in the formulation of the contract price estimate for all the inquiries that come from the internal Maintenance Division.
- Review the clients enquiry package to fully address the potential work scope and act on any special requirements relevant to the tender
- Prepare the estimate for the direct and indirect man-hours, labour, equipment, materials, consumables, site establishment costs and plant costs required in the tender
- Prepare information for planning purposes
In order to apply for this position you will have:
- Ideally 10 years experience in construction/maintenance of oil and gas plants or power generation with a track record in estimating on electrical packages.
- Graduate qualification in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
