I am recruiting for a Chief Specialist (Infrastructure) to be based in Moscow on a staff basis.
Center of expert review of infrastructure facilities of oil and gas fields, including estimation of CAPEX, drilling and wellwork costs, and OPEX for analysis and optimization of the Upstream portfolio and assessment of development options.

Interaction and cooperation with Upstream, Technology, and Gas for the needs of the Department.
Main requirements
Fluent Russian Speaker
Education: Higher engineering education.
Knowledge of the types and main production and cost characteristics of infrastructure facilities of oil and gas fields, including estimation of CAPEX, drilling and wellwork costs, and OPEX.
Knowledge of the principles for selection and design of infrastructure facilities of oil and gas fields.
Experience in evaluation of oil and gas assets in Russia is required. Experience of working with international assets (preferably assets in Latin America, Middle East, Asia, and North Africa) is desirable. Experience in estimation of offshore assets (expert review of design solutions, platform types, and logistics) is desirable.
Initiative, with good teamwork qualities.
Advanced user of office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
