A requirement has arisen with an international provider of solutions within the Energy Industry. They are currently recruiting for a QHSE Advisor.

The Role:
Provide QHSE advice and guidance
Ensure QHSE projects are delivered safely
Maintain UK QHSE certification.
Participate in accident and incident investigations onshore and offshore Participate in audits as defined by the EnerMech Audit programme
Deliver QHSE projects within budget revenue and schedule targets.
Support business development particularly support for tenders.

Essential
NEBOSH Certificate
Understanding ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Experience of risk management and responding to incidents.
Experience of conducting QHSE audits internal and external
Knowledge of Offshore Oil & Gas industry regulations and standards
Experience of process mapping and RACI charts.

Preferred
NEBOSH Diploma
Good project management skills
Understanding of the behavioural impacts on QHSE
Offshore Survival and Medical

Required for position:
Leadership Ability to manage small teams up to 5 people.
HR Skills Knowledge of PPR process and feedback skills.
QHSE Skills High level of delivery of behavioral based Safety management. Knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes.
