Offshore Pipeline Contracts & Administration Manager
Our client is a leading provider of Pipeline Services to the Oil & Gas industry world wide.
The have a requirement for a Offshore Pipeline Contracts & Administration Manager to join their Houston based group.
Job Purpose
Develops, manages and communicates commercial processes to ensure consistency across all projects/product lines for Pipeline Systems Group (PSG) projects.
Interfaces with financial and project personnel for cost control, estimate at completion
Significant interface with the customer on issues related to contracts, benchmarking, cost competitiveness, structures and price/rate adjustments. Ensures compliance with all related processes, including Contract Project Management and other financial control processes.
Experience Required
- BA or BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
- Procurement, Operations or related field. Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Five to eight years experience in Finance, Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Contracts or other related roles.
- Has a current knowledge of Contract and Commercial details related to offshore Pipeline Engineering and Installation companies and projects.
- Knowledgeable in insurance, letters of credit, terms and conditions: warranties, indemnities, contract risk analysis, foreign exchange and other commercial matters.
- Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, planning, interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive communications.
