ROV Sub-Engineer – West Division

 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safe operation of ROV system
  • Make Purchase Requests
  • Assist with management of ROV Planned maintenance schedules
  • Attendance at weekly safety meetings
  • Responsible for the maintenance and operations of the ROVs and equipment and smooth undertaking of a project
  • Proven ability with different types of ROVs including observation vehicles and workclass vehicles
  • Liaison with onshore technical support as required
  • Assist in launch and recovery of ROVs
  • Stand in for ROV Supervisor as required
  • Carry out dive in accordance with Company Operating Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
  • Suitable mechanical/hydraulic or electrical/electronic qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years ROV industry experience
  • Offshore Medical and Survival
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Experience of IT is desirable
