Document Controller (QA&HSE) – West Division

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To provide control of the document approval and issue systems
  • To ensure that documents raised by the company are numbered in the approved manner, circulated for review /approval and subsequently distributed to relevant recipients.
  • Ensure all documents follow the approved format
  • Provide administrative support to the QA & HSE manager
  • Keep the MDDR up to date
  • Carry out other duties for the QHSE department as directed by the QA & HSE manager
  • Report on the status of document control to the QA & HSE Manager when requested
  • Liaises with and supports the project team on all aspects of document control
  • Organizes and prepares documentation for hard copies/CD etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of databases and electronic document management.
  • Work experience in a related field.
  • Computer Literate with a high level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with the Document Control software.
