Document Controller (QA&HSE) – West Division
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide control of the document approval and issue systems
- To ensure that documents raised by the company are numbered in the approved manner, circulated for review /approval and subsequently distributed to relevant recipients.
- Ensure all documents follow the approved format
- Provide administrative support to the QA & HSE manager
- Keep the MDDR up to date
- Carry out other duties for the QHSE department as directed by the QA & HSE manager
- Report on the status of document control to the QA & HSE Manager when requested
- Liaises with and supports the project team on all aspects of document control
- Organizes and prepares documentation for hard copies/CD etc.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of databases and electronic document management.
- Work experience in a related field.
- Computer Literate with a high level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with the Document Control software.
