ENGINEERING JOBS
Due to a recent large contract won with an International Operator in Aberdeen my client is looking for a Drilling Engineer to join their team.
More specifically, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a long term contract and an attractive day rate of £750 – £850 depending on experience
The Drilling Engineer will provide well engineering input and support to the Senior Drilling Engineer and Wells Team Leader for the planning and construction / operational work phases of the drilling projects.
The role will form an integral part of the Wells Team based in Aberdeen. However, there may be a requirement to work on a temporary assignment to London and / or Great Yarmouth to support North Sea projects.
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Degree qualified (engineering)
• 5 -10 years experience (minimum)
• UKCS well planning and operations experience desired
• Offshore experience (jack-up and semi-submersible)
• Conversant with general well planning software
• Offshore medical and survival
• IWCF well control
