Sr. Drilling Operations Support (Code: DRL)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in preparing logistic handling/management manual/guidelines to ensure proper logistic support management.
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing the risk of the drilling operations associated with logistic support.
- Support the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing materials procurement and crew movement for effective drilling operations.
- Provide basic drilling engineering expertise to support Drilling Superintendent Operations in tendering processes:
- Work Specification
- Bidding Evaluation
- Selection of service contractor companies
- Support the Drilling Superintendent Operations in securing quality administrative supports for the drilling operations: drilling program approval from the government and business partners; various permits related to the drilling operations
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing the process of ensuring the smooth logistic support management for all offshore drilling programs
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences
- 8+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with at least 5 years in the Drilling Engineering and/or Operations
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
- Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, strong customer focus, effective team player, disciplined, dynamic with good personality
