ENGINEERING JOBS

A.       "HSE SAFETY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (PROCESS SAFETY)"
Contract duration : 15 Month
Places: OIL&GAS Company Jakarta (Based)
 
EDUCATION :
     Technical College Degree in Enginering or Specialist course related to HSE
 
EXPERIENCE :
1.      Minimum of 15 years experience in HSE activities for Oil&Gas industry
2.      Experience in Design of Fire Protection, Fire & Gas Detection, ESD System and other Loss Prevention System
3.      Experience of Safety Studies, Safety Cases, QRA
4.      Management of HSE studies and deliverables and managing the inputs, outputs and timing in accordance with the Hazard Management Plan.
5.      Familiar with management of Risk Tracking system for ALL HSE risks identified for the project, assist with closure of issues raised in timely manner
6.      Familiar with HSE related documents issued by OGP, API, OHSAS. ISO and other organizations who are involved in Oil&Gas industry.
7.      Conversant with HSE Management System documents and practices in major oil companies.
8.      Experienced in working in the multinational prganizations.
9.      Experienced in working in International Oil Companies.
 
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Assist the lead HSE Advisor and project team in meeting the project and COMPANY Process Safety objectivies and achieving a risk based design founded on adoption of inherent safety goals and hazard.
  2. Provide a channel of safety engineering advice, support and coaching, on all Process Safety matters relating to the HSE Plan, Hazard Management Plan and the Project goals;
  3. Interact continually with the COMPANY Lead HSE Advisor and Project Team members on all HSE aspects of the design, and lifecycle of the facilities;
  4. To follow up Contractor Hazard management Plan
  5. To follow up Contractor Safety Studies
  6. To follow up Contractor Techical and Process Safety deliverable.
  7. To execute ALARP studies to support Project Management Team
  8. To provide effective means for liaison and communication with Lead HSE Advisor, various internal disciplines and external stakeholder on HSE matter.
OTHER
  1. Command of the English language written and spoken
  2. Ability to mentor and develop less senior personnel especially Indonesian Nationals
 
B.           “PROCUREMENT COMPLIANCE OFFICER”
 
Contract duration : 15 Month
Places : OIL&GAS Company Jakarta (Based)
 
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor of Enginering (preferred) or other appropriate qualification.
 
EXPERIENCED
  1. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on Oil&Gas projects in Indonesia as Client Company
  2. Experience in vendor selection process such as vendor verification, collecting goods/services quotation, and/or cost estimation calculations.
  3. Prefer experience on Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG Projects.
 
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  1. Fully understands governments regulations of PTK-007 Rev-2/ Ministry of Industry and governmental procurement process in Indonesia.
  2. Hands-on experience in procurement process by collecting quotations and calculating cost estimates in Client Company
  3. Understand and has experience on local content calculation method in the Oil&Gas industry; and/or.
  4. Experience in Indonesian Vendor verifications for procurements / constructions of hulls, topside and/or platforms.
OTHER
  1. Excellent communication in written and oral English and Indonesia.
