We, a fast-growing company in geothermal, need professional and skilled candidate in geothermal or oil and gas
 
1. Radiographics Test Team
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Shall be qualified and certified in Radiography inspection level II BATAN as Radiographer.
• Shall be qualified and certified in Radiography inspection level I BATAN as Operator.
• Radiographer must be certified as Radiation protection personnel (PPR).
• Familiar with standard and code (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• FSWP (as needed).
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.


 
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as DPT, MPI, and UT all level II ASNT.

 

2. MPI, DPT, UTG, UT Flaw, Hardness test, UT-TOFD, Lixi Profiler
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience as NDT technician minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Shall be qualified and certified in ASNT level II for all NDT personnel/technician.
• Basic knowledge of Healt, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• FSWP (as needed).
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.

 
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as welding inspector.

 

3. NDT Assistance
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience as NDT assistance minimum 1 year in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Shall be qualified and certified in ASNT level I for all NDT personnel.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (Permit system, etc).

 
Advantages:
Advantages if certified in ASNT level II for all NDT personnel.

 

4. Surveyor
Mandatory:
• Diploma in Surveying Engineering or Geodetic or equivalent with more than 2 years field experience in land surveying.
• Experience in Oil, Gas or Geothermal industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (Permit system, etc). 


Advantages:
• Advantages experience in surveyor more than 5 years.
• Understand to use CAD drawing.

 

5. Rotating Inspector
Mandatory:
• Minimum D3 Mechanical Engineer with experience as maintenance/rotating inspector minimum 5 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Understand PFD, P&ID, Isometric and technical drawing.
• Familiar with standard and code (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API and ISA).
• Familiar with commissioning and start up procedure include alignment inspection, handling methods, and safety procedures.
• Familiar with acquisition data system, vibration measurement and its evaluation and other measurement (IR, Thermography, Tribology, etc) to rotating equipment as part of PM/PdM.
• Practical knowledge (and commensurate technical), knowledge of the effect time, wear and corrosion on rotating part and prefer to know the cause of all defect that are found and can assist in prescribing the cure.
• Have knowledge in lubrication (type and properties), be aware of the problem in lubrication system malfunction.
• Have knowledge on rotating equipment spare parts and material.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• Performe customer satisfaction, an inquisitive mind, never satisfied with superficial appearance.
• FSWP as needed.
• Reconciled to paperwork and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.


 
Advantages:
• Advantages experience as rotating inspector in 10 years.
