1. Drafter - Electrical & Instrumentation
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 5 years experience as drafter electrical & Instrumentation.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Able to produced Electrical & instrumentation drawings such as: Area Classification, Single Line Diagram, Loop Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Detail Connection, Cable Routing etc.
• Familiar with Electrical & Instrumentation standard i.e: IEC, ISA etc.
• Able to develop Bill of Materials based on produced drawings.
• Able to apply Safety in Design for drawings produced.
• Advance in operating CAD 2007 or latest.
• Ms Office, skill in simple English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Experience as drafters in oil or gas or Geothermal Industry.
2. Senior Drafter - Civil and Structural
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 10 years experience as drafter Civil & Structural.
• Able to produced Civil & Structural drawings such as: Foundation drawings, Buildings, General Civil works, general Structural Works etc.
• Able to develop Bill of Materials based on produced drawings.
• Able to apply Safety in Design for drawings produced.
• Advance in operating CAD 2007 or latest.
• Ms Office, skill in simple English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Experience as drafters in oil or gas or Geothermal Industry.
3. Material Coordinator
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 5 years as Material Coordinator.
• Have deep knowledge about: mechanical equipments, pipes, fittings, civil materials, electrical material and instrument materials.
• Understand simple English both written and spoken.
• Able to prepare requisition, material tracking, purchase Order etc.
• Understand material classification and recording.
• Understand standard procedure for material ordering, issuance, delivering, checking and receiving.
• Understand material data sheet, material hazard, specification, and identification.
• Understand basic method of developing a report.
• Capable in operating MS Office.
Advantages:
• Able to develop Material Tracking System.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Geothermal Industry.
• Broad network with Suppliers/Vendors/Contractors.
4. Document Management Coordinator
Mandatory:
• Minimum D3 in IT.
• Advanced knowledge in Information Technology and document management system.
• Intermediate knowledge of classification and management of Project and Certification document.
• Familiar with common project document term, e.g., Issued for approval drawing, AFC drawing, As-built, JSA, HAZAN, Certificate, Contract Documents.
• Minimum 5 years experience as document controller.
• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
• Capable in operating MS Office.
Advantages:
• Able to develop Document management System.
• Able to interpret the classification of drawings, project document, contract document, etc.
• Able to set up an integrated document management covering project and non-project aspect.
• Experience in Project and Plant Inspection/Certification document management system.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Geothermal Industry.
5. Data Technician
Mandatory:
• SMA or equal.
• Knowledgeable in Information Technology and document management system.
• Knowledgeable of classification and management of Project and Certification document.
• Familiar with common project document term, e.g., Issued for approval drawing, AFC drawing, As-built, JSA, HAZAN, Certificate, Contract Documents.
• Minimum 2 years experience in data technician.
• Able to arrange documents based on its classification, such as: Project Documents, CHESM Documents, Certification Documents, QA/QC documents etc.
• Preparing Document Index.
• Able to manage Document requirements such as: Ring binders, page dividers and other office supplies.
• Able to communicate in simple English.
• Capable in operating MS Office.
Advantages:
• Able to interpret the classification of drawings, project document, contract document, etc.
• Able to set up an integrated document management covering project and non-project aspect.
• Experience in Project and Plant Inspection/Certification document management system.
6. QA/QC Field Coordinator
Mandatory:
• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/ Metallurgy / Nuclear with minimum 8 years experience as QA/QC inspector or welding inspector in Oil & Gas and or Geothermal Industry.
• Understand PFD, P&ID and isometric drawings.
• Good Leadership skill.
• Certified Welding Inspector and NDT (DPT, MPI, and UT all level II ASNT).
• Familiar with international standards and codes (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• Understand FSWP.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as piping inspector and as pressure vessel inspector.
7. QA/QC Inspector
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience as QA/QC inspector or welding inspector minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Understand PFD, P&ID and isometric.
• Certified welding inspector and NDT (DPT, MPI, and UT all level II ASNT).
• Familiar with standard and code (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• Understand with FSWP.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as piping inspector and as pressure vessel inspector.
18. Crane Inspector
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience as crane inspector minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Certified crane inspector and NDT (DPT, MPI, and UT all level II ASNT).
• Familiar with standard and code (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• FSWP as needed.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as welding inspector.
9. Painting / Corrosion Inspector
Mandatory:
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, with work experience as Painting/Corrosion Inspector minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Certified Painting/Corrosion inspector.
• Familiar with standard and code (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Environment & Safety (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• FSWP as needed.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Advantage if certified as welding inspector.
10. Electrical / Instrumentation Inspector
Mandatory:
• Minimum D3 Electrical / Instrumentation with experience as electrical/instrument inspector minimum 5 years in Oil and Gas or Geothermal.
• Understand PFD, P&ID, Isometric and Electrical / Instrument Hook Up drawing.
• Familiar with standard and code (PUIL, IEC, API and ISA).
• Familiar with commissioning and start up procedure.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• FSWP as needed.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Basic English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Advantages experience as electrical & instrumentation inspector in 10 years |
