Malaysia LNG is the operator of one of the world’s largest LNG production facilities at a single location. It is known as the PETRONAS LNG Complex (PLC) at TanjungKidurong, Bintulu, Sarawak. Comprising of 3 LNG plants with a total of 8 trains, the 276 hectares Complex currently has a total combined capacity of about 23 million tonnes of LNG per annum. The production capacity has been increased to 24.2 million tonnes per annum in 2010. This augurs well with the increasing demand from our valued customers in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan who have always prefer the LNG produced by PETRONAS. The increasingly capacity and reliability of our LNG plants has enable us to expand our market to China in 2009. We have also embarked on a global championship journey and we firmly believed that we will become a Leading Global LNG Company in due course. | ||

Responsibilities: | ||
1. Prepare, integrate and disseminate where required project and plant changes schedules, ranging from high level schedules to detailed schedules using scheduling tools to ensure a realistic target of timely completion of projects and plant changes. 2. Compile, prepare and disseminate reporting of projects and plant changes progress in a systematic and accurate manner for all phases of the projects and plant changes to ensure sufficient information are given for decision making by management to overcome any issues highlighted. 3. Verify contractors schedule to produce a workable on-stream and shutdown plan by identifying all the compulsory work to be done during on-stream and shutdown to ensure the completion as per the schedule and cost effective. 4. Analyze and propose for any potential window of implementation of any projects and plant changes phases by syndicating with other department planners to take opportunity of implementation during plant/equipment planned and unplanned shutdowns. 5. Analyze and prepare the planning of projects and plant changes to ensure proper resource allocation and cost effective with realistic target. 6. Plan and integrate the schedule of projects and plant changes during planning and implementation stage with other department planners by maintaining close communication to ensure the execution of projects and non-projects activities are aligned and do not interfere with each other. 7. Utilize application of appropriate scheduling tools and technology and analyze the output to ensure the projects and plant changes are on track,meet desired milestones and proper mitigation/recovery plan to overcome consequences of any delays towards the Project Schedule can be developed timely. 8. Advice initiators and process project and plant change proposal from initiation till FEL 3 by providing procedure, template and require platform for initiators to initiate a project and plant change to ensure effective and systematic management of change. | ||
Requirements: | ||
1. Degree in any Engineering discipline 2. Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience in oil and gas industry 3. Able to leverage industry best practices and share experiences 4. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills 5. Patience and passion for knowledge transfer 6. Good at planning and organizing 7. Experienced in Projects and Constructions | ||
