| About RAPID In a move to expand its petrochemicals business and further spur the growth of Malaysia’s oil and gas downstream sector, we are building a new integrated refinery and petrochemicals complex in Southern Johor. The new development, to be known as RAPID (Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development) will comprise a crude oil refinery, a naphtha cracker that produces ethylene, propylene, C4 and C5 olefins, a petrochemicals and polymer complex that will produce differentiated and highly-specialized chemicals. | ||

Responsibilities: | ||
Drives and implements the development of C4 specialty complex (isobutylene Chain Plants) architecture by formulating and integrating technical strategy with Commercial and third parties on SUMMER project consisting of 4 plants and Infrastructure project. Maximizing internal utilization of every molecule within the complex to ensure flexible and robust technical solutions are adopted and implemented for safe, timely and cost effective RAPID complex project execution. | ||
Requirements: | ||
Skills & Requirements i. A Bachelors’ Degree in the following disciplines: - Chemical/Mechanical Engineering ii. Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in managing greenfield refinery and petrochemical projects. iii. Work experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Planning & Control, Central Facilities and Infrastructure including Marine and Logistics AND/OR iv. Work experience in product knowledge (petrochemical), business planning & commercial development, Production Planning (including knowledge in Linear Programming) in refinery and petrochemical plants, planning & executing Supply Chain and Logistic Management and JV Management. | ||
