Responsibilities:
- Review incoming projects to ensure customer requirements are all understood and can be met with the lead time and budget allocated.
- Ensure that kick off meetings on projects that require kick off meeting are done in a timely manner.
- Organize ad-hoc meetings as and when required to keep the projects on track or to activate changes on the projects.
- Review projects status on regular basis and trigger actions for red flags.
- Ensure that customer requirements on documentations, inspection reports, manual / rig book are met in a timely manner.
- Review order change request to see the impact in term of cost and lead time and respond to sales accordingly.
- Propose to alternative solutions to solve projects issues or to accommodate project change request.
- Ensure that third party inspection is done as per the requirement in Quality Inspection and Test Plan agreed by customer.
- Ensure that stack up test is performed as per customer request and be the host during the stack up tests witnessed by customers.
- Review and approve costing proposal for refurbishment orders
- Make decisions on cost within his/her authority limit to keep the projects on track.
- Ensure that the projects will be delivered on time and under budget.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Project.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
