Summary:
Provide leadership, oversight and commitment to the development, implementation and administration of the Health, Safety and Environmental programs of the company. The ideal candidate will deliver training programs, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards, participate in the incident/ hazard investigation process and assist in the implementation of corrective actions. Successful candidate will be required to make site visits to offshore and shorebase locations along the Gulf Coast.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health, Safety and Compliance
•CSP Certification strongly preferred
•10+ years of Oil and Gas safety management and leadership experience including regulatory compliance and extensive knowledge of regulations mandated by OSHA, EPA, DOT, FERC and other regulatory agencies
•Strong organizational, documentation and technical writing skills
•Well-developed verbal and written communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
