Education:
Associates Degree/ Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of Safety experience in the oil and gas field
MUST HAVE DRILLING EXPERIENCE!
Qualifications:
•30 hours of OSHA training
•Must maintain a valid driving license in the appropriate state
Description:
Accountable to HSE Management, for the HSE function of the assigned areas as it pertains to drilling, completions, workovers, servicing, and production operations. HSE function includes, but it is not limited to, field, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
Job duties to include:
•Responsible for all safety, environmental and compliance activities as they relate to area operated drilling, completions, construction, workovers, well servicing and production operations.
•Responsible for conducting and coordinating all Field Training events including orientation.
•Responsible for facilitating JSA's, Hot Work Permits, Cold Work Permits, Confined Space Entry Permits, Lockout/Tagout, etc.
•Responsible for facilitating all incident reports and investigations. This includes ensuring that injured personnel receive proper medical attention.
