ENGINEERING JOBS
You are a key person in multidisciplinary projects and your primary tasks will be the preparation of engineering solutions, ranging from studies of concepts to detailed design, including:
Design of topsides and jacket structures
Inplace analysis, fatigue analysis, seismic analysis, push over analysis
Linear and non-linear FE analysis
Preparation of Design Basis Report & Technical Specification
Preparation of project documentation
Preparation of Deliverable Schedules, Man-hour estimates, Resource planning and Progress reporting
Participating in Design Review and Progress Review meeting with Clients
Preparation of Check list and Design Guidelines
Project management
Candidate profile:
Client expects that you:
• are a Civil and Structural or Ocean Engineer or have an equivalent degree from recognized university
• have minimum 16 years experience with similar tasks
• are theoretically sound and also have a good practical understanding
• have good communication skills in English, both written and oral
As a person are positive about the changes and challenges. You have good interpersonal skills, because you will be a key person of multidisciplinary project teams, where the ability to cooperate with other professions and nationalities are crucial. You are well familiar with International codes and standards, materials, specifications and calculations and have work experience with SACS and other FE programs
