Industrial Relations Specialist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Communicates regularly with all levels of staff and employees within HR & Services department and across departments.
  • Performs daily Activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Procedures, and Safe Working Conditions.
  • Maintains working relationship with employees to ensure industrial peace working environment within the organization.
  • Assists the Superior on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP) and Collective Labor Agreement/Company Policy.
  • Prepares and completes all the required documents to secure various approvals for the Personnel Policy/Collective Labor Agreement from BPMIGAS, PERTAMINA and DEPNAKERTRANS.
  • Assists the Superior to socialize personnel policies & procedures to employees and provides information & clarification of the policies & procedures for employees upon requests.
  • Monitors employees’ conducts and compliance with the company policy and procedures as well as government laws and regulations.
  • Carries out employee relations and industrial peace safeguarding that includes but not limited to handling grievances, disputes, labor union matters and recommending disciplinary actions & issuance of warning letters.
  • Assists departments in problem definition and assessment of alternative approaches to resolving problem:
  • Conducts facts finding to provide necessary context and resolve disputes;
  • Where discipline is warranted, helps managers identify actions that are consistent with the company policy on discipline.
  • Provides counseling services to departments and employees on various Employee Relations issues.
  • Assists the superior in conducting personnel audit to ensure the compliance of company policies, regulations and Collective Labor Agreement as well as government regulations.
  • Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
  • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
Requirements:
  • Requires of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably majoring in.Law, Management or related program from reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experiences Industrial Relation
  • Have a good relationship with government
  • Have certified in represent the company if there is industrial issues in district court
  • Have experience in handling Labor Union
  • Able to work as a team and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, responsible, have strong personality, strong analytical thinking, strong in problem solving, and high drive for result
  • Excellent in communication, helpful, and easy to adapt
  • Computer Literate
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
