Responsibilities:
Our client provides engineering and fabrication services for electrical house in the oil and gas industry. They are now seeking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team in Batam, Indonesia.
As Project Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned projects with overall accountability on project scope, deliverables, profitability, cost control, scheduling, quality and project resourcing.
- Implement and monitor cost control measures and manage the financial (technical and budgetary) targets of the project.
- Interface with clients on project status, technical queries and commercial issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA/QC and HSE on project execution.
- Provide guidance, direction and coaching to project team (Project Engineers, Planners, etc).
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you will hold a relevant Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in project management. Preference will be for candidates with E-House in offshore application, familiar with oil and gas standards (offshore standards) and with site construction knowledge. You shall be experienced in cost control, project planning and client interface with the ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
Our client provides engineering and fabrication services for electrical house in the oil and gas industry. They are now seeking for an Engineering Manager to join their expanding team in Batam, Indonesia.
As Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing and training of Engineering team in the company.
- Manage Engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Engineering design & drawings for packaging of E-Houses.
- Lead the technical interface with clients on specifications and during projects execution.
- Ensure proper technical reviews of Engineering designs, drawings and documents upholding accuracy and compliance to contractual scope.
- Develop and manage project Engineering Plans and work closely with Projects & Operations team throughout execution of project.
- Ensure Engineering Department is operating in compliance to oil and gas industry standards.
- Develop and strengthen Engineering capabilities and resources.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, out of which 5 years in supervisory position in oil and gas industry, specifically in engineering for packaging of E-Houses. You must have strong technical knowledge in all aspects of E-House design mainly focusing on Structural Engineering with some Electrical Engineering. You must be proactive, results driven and resourceful with the ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
