Job description
Plan & control the jobs related to West Papua logistic matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures.
Provide reliable and continuous West Papua logistics operation to support smooth operations for Drilling, Production and Project activities in WPD Area in cost-optimized and time-effective manner.
Establish operational standards and procedures for West Papua logistics dynamics and corresponding plan to provide proper and auditable business process.
Plan and execute human resources management and development programs within service in order to reach optimum competency of each personnel required by the post and to motivate them to achieve organization’s objectives.
Required skills
Education
Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering or science
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operation as supervisor/superintendent and suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics (lifting, handling & transportation).
Skills
Knowledge in handling, lifting & transport operations; HSE MS; Basic knowledge of marine & drilling operations
