Job description
Plan & control the jobs related to West Papua Marine Operations in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP).
Provide reliable and continuous of West Papua marine operation to support smooth operations for Drilling, Production and Project activities in WPD Area in cost-optimized and time-effective manner.
Establish operational standards and procedures for West Papua logistics dynamics and corresponding plan to provide proper and auditable business process.
Contribute human resources aspects covering especially related to personnel competency development within service in order to reach proper competency of each personnel.
Required skills
Education
Minimum Nautical Expertise Class II in Merchant Marine Academy (ANT-2)
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in marine operation as supervisor/superintendent and suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics (lifting, handling & transportation).
Skills
Knowledge in marine operations; HSE MS; Basic knowledge of marine & drilling operations.
