I am looking for a Project Engineer initially on a 9 month contract based in the South Lincolnshire region.
My client is an industry leader in the manufacturing of pressure vessels across a number of varied industries.
I am looking for a Project Engineer who has an operational background and experience heading up a project.
They will act as the single point of contact between the company and their clients for the duration of various projects that are being undertaken. We are looking for a Project Engineer who is competent acting as the interface between both sales and operations.
I am looking for someone who is commercially astute and has had experience working with budgets and costing.
They will have responsibility for the researching and the manufacturing conformance of specifications for new products, as well as monitoring and working on existing company contracts.
Ideally they will be cad literate (ideally Solid edge) and be able to implement drawings and modifications to the project.
They will have experience working with Pressure vessels and Pressure Vessel codes such as PD5500 and ASME.
Ideally the successful Project Engineer will be able to support CNC machining and have fabrication and molding knowledge.
The Project Engineering position will be hands on as well as project management so an engineering background is essential.
