Data Management Team Lead (SAP) - Indonesian only
Role synopsis
• Responsible for maintaining Upstream -- data standards in the Region and coordination of all -- data programs and changes across the multiple systems and work groups that comprise the -- programme. Accountable for the creation of the Regional Data migration and execution strategy (not including data loading). Oversight of the Regional data technical cutover and conversion process. Ensures a Historical Data Management strategy is developed and implemented.
Key accountabilities
• Overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining Upstream -- data standards, designs and the coordination of -- data across multiple systems and work groups managing a team of 2-3 contractor companies with multiple people as needed:
• Participate in the Data Leadership team
• Deliver data work stream activities in accordance with data strategy, functional and system requirements and in accordance with -- time lines and budgets
• Implement data governance and processes across the Region to ensure ease of day to day decision making in a complex program
• Collaborate with various data or application owners to ensure data consistency across multiple systems and enterprise groups
• Oversight and provide assurance on Regional -- data cleansing, data migration and validation in accordance with new standards
• Accountable for initiating the -- Data Assessments and requirement gathering for a significant regional data cleanup
• Develop, maintain, and review policies for -- Master Data and Data Management to help ensure regional requirements are incorporated into the Data Management tool design
• Develop clarity and metrics to clearly articulate the benefit of each of the Regional -- Master Data sets on an ongoing basis, to ensure that Master Data does have a measurable and demonstrable benefit
• Set KPI s for data standards that should be regularly monitored to ensure quality of information being captured to achieve expected Business Benefits
• Maintain significant relationship and influence with Segment Data managers for -- and with Region data manager and other Region data managers
• Adapting to changing technical and organizational structures Networking and influencing within and across business segments
• Ensuring outsourced providers grasp the overall change in approach to ensuring data processed through their services meets quality standards
• Accountable for developing a Region Historical Data Management strategy and work with segment teams to implement
Essential Education
• At minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university
Desirable criteria & qualifications
• Experience in supporting integrated solutions including standard process, data, roles and systems
• Experience in more than one of the -- process areas of: work management, materials management, purchase to pay and finance processes
