An Established Oil Company (PSC) in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for permanent position based in Jakarta:
Procurement Manager - Project Expansion (Indonesian only)
Role synopsis
The role is responsible to effectively support delivery of the Company s Expansion project through the efficient use of Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) policies, procedures, processes, and systems. All business activities will be conducted in compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations and with COMPANY S Code of Conduct
Key accountabilities
- Lead the PSCM team for the Company s Expansion project and develop local capability and implement the blueprint structure.
- Drive compliance with COMPANY S Safety Operation Risk policies, Project Operation Management System (OMS).
- Establish and administer Global Project Organization (GPO) deploy contracting governance in line with Term of Reference.
- Develop and flawlessly execute Project Category Management Plans, Strategies, Sourcing and Supplier Management.
- Manage the supply chain interface with Global Wells Organization (GWO) and Production.
- Develop Local Content strategy for GPO supply chain in Indonesia.
Essential Education
At minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical discipline from reputable university.
Essential experience and job requirements
- A competent Procurement Supply Chain Management professional with overseas oil and gas experience preferably with in leadership positions and having lead sourcing events as a minimum.
- Experience in Safety and Risk Operation (S&OR), major projects and supplier quality management will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Indonesian and English are required.
Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Have Professional qualification such as CIPS, CPM, ASU or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience dealing with National Oil Company is preferable.
