As a Level II Service Supervisor for our Baroid Surface Solutions unit, your versatility in oilfield drilling operations translates into value. Wearing multiple hats as a supervisor, worker, planner, sales prospector and equipment maintenance specialist, you prove that value in several ways. You will supervise the successful, efficient and professional delivery of products and services. Solicit pertinent service work information from the customer and ensure all necessary personnel have same information. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Promote good customer relations at the job site and demonstrate a customer service focus. During those periods when you are not assigned to a rig location, expect to be called upon to supervise work in Halliburton facilities on repair, maintenance and clean-up of equipment. Therefore, you are required to live close to the work location when that is practical.
The job requires physical work outside with some exposure to related hazards. A high school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two year's experience as a Level I Service Supervisor, or several years experiences as a Service Operator are also required. Licensure to drive commercial equipment may also be required.
