| Job Description | 1. Responsible for the timely, safe, cost effective achievement of Gas Turbine’s reliability and availability targets as directed by maintenance policy and in line with all applicable industry standards, codes and practices.
2. Direct and follow-up the Gas Turbine repair and maintenance activities for all the different types and models of Gas turbines and their accessories at site, local workshops and vendor’s overhaul facilities abroad as applicable.
3. Supervise, review and advise on maintenance budget programs for 5 year Business & operating plans.
4. Coordinate / assist Engineering and Major Project Teams in the selection and determination of specifications for new turbine and related equipment installation as required.
5. Support offshore teams in trouble shooting / resolution / guide to resolve Turbine related problems. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), taking OEM assistance as required, and recommend solutions / mitigation measures.
6. Prepare component / equipment repair procedures as applicable in line with best practices.
7. Liaise with vendors / specialists / OEM as required to improve the machine reliability.
8. Perform health checks and audits to ascertain package efficiency and performance reliability.
9. Contribute to major turbine maintenance strategies their review and update. |
