ENGINEERING JOBS
Designing of new production units, modifications, upgrades and troubleshooting of existing processes;
Providing information throughout various proposal, engineering and construction phases to the proposal and project teams with regard to all aspects of Process Engineering and planning;
Assessing the safety and environmental impact of the plant;
Sizing of process equipment and providing information in the form of equipment data sheets;
Performing process simulations and developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Heat and Material Balances;
Preparing process & instrument diagrams (P&ID’s), charts and reports;
Assisting to develop plant control philosophy;
Evaluating, coordinating and working with vendors and subcontractors;
Actively participating in HAZOP and risk analysis studies;
Managing the cost and time constraints of projects;
Ensuring that quality works are delivered in all aspects of an operation or process and design meets the specified requirements and regulations.
Candidate should have
7yrs in designing process facilities
Experience with offshore design
Assessing the safety and environmental impact of the plant;
Sizing of process equipment and providing information in the form of equipment data sheets;
Performing process simulations and developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Heat and Material Balances;
Preparing process & instrument diagrams (P&ID’s), charts and reports;
