Job Description	Job Purpose & Scope: Provide Efficient functional and operational support relating to the maintenance of HVAC equipment and piping insulation to all ZADCO business units. Main duties include development of HVAC equipment maintenance strategy, provision of maintenance contractors for all operation sites, ageing equipment replacement plan and major equipment repair recommendation including work execution. ZADCO focal point on all issues related to HVAC and insulation for efficient implementation of contracts at various operation sites. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Prepare target oriented short & long term plans for the HVAC & Insulation inlline with the OS Department and ZADCO's overall Business Objectives. 2. Establish and maintain a detailed inventory of all the HVAC assets of the company at all operations sites. 3. Assist the Business units in preparing their HVAC & insulation related budgets and short term and long term plans. 4. Prepare the necessary budget for work handled within his assignment. 5. Provide necessary HVAC & Insulation technical assistance to all the business units. 6. Carry out studies aimed at resolving HVAC & Insulation maintenance related problems in order to improve equipment performance, reliabliity and reduce their maintenance and operating costs. 7. Prepare the technical scope for contracts related to HVAC & Insulation. 8. Prepare the technical specifications related to HVAC equipment and Insulation purchasing. 9. Follow-up on contractor's performance on site to ensure proper timely execution of works. 10. Monitor the performance and status HVAC equipment and insulation and issue the necessary recommendations aimed at optimizing the maintenance of the related installations on site. 11. Lise with the manufacturers to stay up to date with the latest advancement in the fields of HVAC & Thermal Insulation. 12. Ensure that all HSE related issues are incorporated in the scope of worksand adhered to by the contractors carrying ou the HVAC & Insulation works. 13. Ensure that all the ozone depleting CFC Based equipment are replaced/modified as per the latest revision of the montreal protocol. 14. Prepare HVAC equipment and insulation integrity status and replacement plan. 15. Provide technical advice on all HVAC problems pan company. 16. Review/evaluate all the new HVAC projects related to plant execution for the new units. 17. Carry out warranty surveys on all the insulation works before the expiry of the contract warranty. Organizational Relationships: Regular contacts with site maintenance personnel and other team leaders and managers in Abu Dhabi for operational requirements. Regular contacts with personnel in the commercial department for the coordination of relating purchases and contacts with vendors and sub contractors for technical advice and assistance. Independence of Operations & Decision making Authority: Works in accordance with established procedures and technical standards. Has a fair degree of independence in recommending actions to be taken. Liaises with supervisor on work progress. Is expected to have initiatives to resolve all day to day problems concerning HVAC & Insulation works.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile	1. B.Sc in mechanical Engineering or Equivalent. 2. 10 years experience in Design, Installation and Maintenance of HVAC equipment and Thermal Insulation. 3. Fluent in speaking and written English language. 4. Computer Literate.
