C & B – HRIS Specialist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and implements industry’s best practice with regards to C & B - HRIS  processes and activities, and identifies opportunities to continuously improve the performance of the C & B - HRIS business processes
  • Processes assigned payroll documents to meet the payroll deadlines, such as timesheets, medical reimbursements, deductions and other adjustments, etc using the payroll system on HRMS.
  • Generates pay slip for Indonesian and Expatriate employees and coordinate its distribution to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Generates personnel strength and demography report and its status and submit monthly report to Sr. Mgr. Human Resources.
  • Generates statistical report on employee’s movements, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.
  • Maintains personnel data in the HRMS and filing system to ensure data and records are up-to-date and available at all times.
  • Maintains good relationship with employees to ensure industrial peace working environment within the organization.
  • Ensures that employees are aware of all HR related company policies and procedures. Assists in the socialization of HR policies to employees. Responses and provides explanation on inquiries related to C & B regulations brought up by employees.
  • Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
  • Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.
Basic Purpose:
  • Provides expertise and services in administering salary, benefits, and personnel data in accordance with the company policies and procedures and relevant government laws and regulations.
Dimensions: 
  • The C & B - HRIS Specialist reports to the Sr. Mgr. Human Resources.
  • The C & B - HRIS Specialist does not direct the activities of staff or a function.
  • The C & B - HRIS Specialist performs the activities to accurately administer salary and benefits and maintains accurate and up-to-date records on employees in accordance with the existing policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Law, or other disciplines
  • 3 years of working experience in HR
