Project Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Job Scope:
* Responsible for successful implementation of process automation and control-related major projects as applied to various
* industries such as oil & gas, chemical, refinery, power and utility, etc.
* Responsible for different aspects of project implementation including sales support, commercial negotiations, contract
* review and management, project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, engineering, site installation, etc.
* Liaise with customers and end-users to achieve project goals
* Able to manage a big project team of different skills
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Non-Degree qualified candidates with significant related experience may also be considered
* Minimum 3-6 years' experience in a similar capacity, working within the process control industry
* Knowledge of project management practices
* Experience with DCS, PLC, ESD/F&G and SCADA systems is advantageous
* Working experience with Japanese and European EPCs is preferred
* LNG/Oil and gas project management experience
* PMP certified candidate will be given priority
* Team player with good leadership and communication and strong cross-functional skills
* Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects or other project management tools
* Regional travel is required
Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
Manage successful Business Change projects with responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects in achieving their business case objectives. Ensure approach is consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Accountability/Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and implementation of project to defined time, cost, quality
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables and benefits
* Define project tasks and resource requirements
* Develop full scale project plans and associated project documentation
* Assemble and coordinate project team through supervision, delegation and performance monitoring
* Manage project budget
* Manage project resource allocation
* Track project deliverables and ensure they conform to standards
* Provide direction and support to project team
* Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
* Implement and manage project changes
* Risk & issue management
* Project evaluations and assessment of results and lessons learnt
* Ensure projects meet industry quality and company standards
* Produce deliverables as per RACI matrix
* Continuous improvement
* Provide project office support as & when required
Essential:
* Qualification in project management or equivalent
* Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
* Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
* Proven experience in end to end project management
* Proven experience in people management
* Proven experience in risk management
* Proven experience in change management
* Proficient in project management software
* Experience of managing multiple projects in parallel
* Stakeholder management
* Experience in managing internal & external project teams
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas, Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
