They are looking for a competent Lead/Sr. Process Design Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead/Sr. Process Design Engineer, be involved in design and
commissioning support for projects. You will be designing, checking and
verifying junior engineers in detailed calculations, design,
specifications and more; including engineering analysis, process
simulations, studies, conceptual, FEED and detailed design of Process
Systems for both onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. You will
also be involved in process simulations, equipment/line/instrument
sizing, equipment and instrument data sheets, preparations of operations
manual, SAFE charts and C&E diagrams, HAZOP and design and
technical reviews.
Requirements:
Ideally, you will possess at least Degree level qualifications in
Process or Chemical Engineering and minimum 7 years for Sr. Process and
10 years for Lead post in process design & commissioning experience
in Oil & Gas Offshore projects. Your past experience should include
conceptual studies/FEED/detailed design & engineering and
commissioning for onshore/offshore Oil and Gas Involvement in
pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and activities, and
ability to use simulation software such as HYSYS/ProII, Pipesime or
Pipephase. You will also have to be competent in process system designs,
PFD and P&ID development. Strong leadership and communication
skills are essential. The ability to lead and function as part of a
multi-disciplinary engineering team to maintain clear understanding of
design issues, progress and objectives is required.
