Marine Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Visit vessels, marine structures, and manufacturers for routine survey activities.
- Perform work that involves conventional surveying practices, but may include moderately complex problem resolution and coordination of activities among other disciplines.
- Prepare technically accurate and timely survey report, and responses to letters, faxes, and other form of communication.
- Work closely with clients to identify and resolve problems in area of technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Have a good university degree in Marine Engineering or related disciplines OR
- Possess a foreign going Chief Engineer Class 1 Certificate of Competency or equivalent as a minimum
- Seagoing, shipyard or ship management experience in a senior capacity preferred
- Preferably with experience in offshore & ship construction, repair and quality systems management
- Be willing to accept overseas transfer of foreign assignments as and when required
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
