Ideally, you should have -
A Bachelor degree in structural engineering, class A registered structural engineer is preferred
At least 8 years relevant experience
Good knowledge on structural design Codes & Standards
Extensive experience using structural analysis software
Good Communication skills on both English and Mandarin
