We are an international German MNC with projects around South East Asia (SEA). We specialize in the manufacturing of Rotating Equipment for the Oil & Gas industry. In line with our business expansion, we are looking for capable and experience individuals to join our team as our Field Service Engineers.
 
Field Service Engineer
USD 3500 - 5500 + Allowance + Bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance on installation, commissioning, startup, servicing / maintenance, overhauls and troubleshooting of Steam Turbines and Reciprocating / Centrifugal Compressors.
  • Read and interpret Mechanical prints and drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID’s), and blue prints.
  • Perform reporting and documentation on-site.
  • Advise clients on the daily maintenance of the equipment by training their Technical teams.
  • Must possess working experience with Equipment within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Instruct and train customers’ operators and/or maintenance personnel when requested or directed.
  • Actively recommend customer’s purchase of desirable spare parts.
     
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    Minimum 10 years of working experience as Field Service Engineer for Steam Turbines and Reciprocating / Centrifugal Compressors.
    Possess excellent technical skill and knowledge on installation, commissioning and maintenance of Steam Turbines and Reciprocating / Centrifugal Compressors.
  • Strong spoken and written English literacy.
  • Travel 70% - 90% of the time.
  • Only candidates with working experience on Steam Turbines and and Reciprocating / Centrifugal Compressors, as Field Service Engineers, within the Oil & Gas, will be considered.
