Project Controls Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project manager to monitor and control the project execution in the areas of project schedule and budget
  • Monitor the progress control and planning activities; highlight to Project Manager for potential area of risks of delay and overrun before being encountered
  • Monitor the project cost in order to perform proper cost control and budget follow up
  • Develop the schedule for the project with CPM to identify the resources and time required to complete the project, perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule
  • Define proper measures intended to mitigate the potential slippage on planning and costing
  • Provide corrective action to be taken and keep management infromed of the work progress
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field or a Construction Management Degree
  • At least eight (8) years applicable experience in the control of major offshore oil and gas facilities construction projects
  • Working knowledge of applicable industry practices and responsible for the control of more than two (2) EPC projects
  • Experienced in computer programs which applicable to the control of resources and activity durations on construction projects
  • Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia
