ENGINEERING JOBS
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering ( Instrument, Electrical or Mechanical) with minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical Industry familiar with Instrument, Electrical and /or Mechanical equipment used in the oil & gas industry.
Experience & Requirements
• Having broad base multi-disciplined Maintenance experience in Oil & gas and petrol chemical industry
• Working knowledge in setting up Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Familiar with developing preventive maintenance and job plans in accordance with approved maintenance strategy, task structure, and procedures
• Familiar with principles of Reliability Engineering
• Working knowledge to develop Asset Register structures for process installations and operational systems
• Fully conversant with maintenance practices, relevant safety regulations, work permit systems, risk assessment tools etc

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Approve and perform change control of the equipment asset register and planned maintenance in the company’s CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) as a result of requests from the Offshore Team, Maintenance Planner and Operations Engineers.
- Custodian of TML’s Maintenance Strategy and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in Operations & Maintenance meeting as required
- Responsible for allocation of new tags numbers on existing installations.
- Provide Monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) figures from data in the CMMS.
- Identify poor performing equipment, from failure data provided in Work Orders.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis of critical failures.
