A major oil & gas operator is looking for a QC Inspector intended for a Petrochemical project on 1y extendable contract basis to be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities for the mentioned position will be as follow:
Primary focus areas are:
- Structural steel installation
- Piping fabrication/ installation
- Installation of fixed equipment
- Painting & Coating
- Installation of Fireproofing and Insulation
General Responsibility:
- Ensure project specification is met.
- Provide PMT with weekly QA/QC status & trend.
- Ensure quality issue is timely resolved.
Specific Responsibility includes:
- Participate in Kick-Off/ Pre inspection meeting.
- Perform audit on EPC QC activities and process.
- Review QA/QC related work document.
- Perform field QC & shop surveillance.
- Participation in witness inspection.
- Participation in line walk-down and punch listing.
Ideal candidates must have at least 10 - 15 years of experience.
