Sr DRILLING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Designs drilling programs in accordance with the industry recognizes technical criteria and applicable drilling regulations in order to achieve exploration objectives in a safe and cost effective manner
• Works with multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the commercial viability of the well and monitor progress during drilling
• Prepares regular well report
• Ensures all routine drilling and cost control reports are accurate, complete and timely

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree majoring in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Oil/Gas or equivalent.

Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and ensures the accuracy and completeness of incoming PR, adequacy of scope of work and any other exhibits, develops and reviews RFQ, and supervises procurement process in accordance to Procurement Procedures and BPMIGAS PTK 007.
• Reviews and ensures PO, BO, SO, Contract, and any other agreements prior to obtaining approvals.
• Interfaces with Suppliers to find solutions should problems occur and seek advises from Supervisor if necessary.
• Jointly conduct assessment, with Performance group, on Supplier’s performance and provide comments.
• Provides consultancy services to Users on source of material supplies, prices, availability and general market trends.
• Builds and maintains good relationships with internal departments as well as external parties.

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering, Economic, Business Administration or Legal
• Experience from 3 years in similar work and industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Hold PTK-007 Certification is preferred
• Good command in English (Verbal & Writing)

INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes inventory based on types of materials (fast moving, consumable, slow moving, etc), identify lifespan of the materials to manage and avoid high percentage of dead stock
• Creates Material Requisition (MR) for materials that are available in Warehouse
• Prepares plan to reduce number of dead stock, through write off initiative, or transfer the materials to external parties
• Prepares list of Surplus Material and assist Supervisor Material in preparing WOP (Write Off Process)
• Supports material coordinator in preparing inventory budget and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs
• Assist in yearly budget preparation and analysis

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Experience minimum 2 years of experience in material management areas, especially in Inventory Control and warehouse in Oil and Gas
• Hold PTK-007 Certification is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to communicate in English equivalent to a TOEIC of 550

SPECIALIST BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business model in IT and other departments
• Actively look for opportunity of improvement across company functions
• Identify improvement for the ‘to be’ process
• Improves and update company wide/ across department SOP, policy and procedure

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting / Finance / Management Information System or (S2) Master of Management (majoring in Finance or MIS) /Master of Business Administration is preferred
• Experience minimum 5 years, preferred who has exposure in SAP application, Business Improvement Project Management and IT audit
• Proficiency in MS Office, excellence MS Excell skill is highly preferred

COMPLETION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Completion engineer develops, plans, estimate costs, schedules and supervises the operations necessary to the process of drilling oil and gas wells, from initial well design to testing, completion and abandonment.
• The role can involve administering drilling & work over and service contracts engineering design and the planning of wells, and supervising the drilling crew on site.
• Completion engineer work with other professionals, such as geologist and geoscientific & HSESR personnel, to monitor drilling progress, oversee safety management and ensure the protection of the environment
• Prepare completion diagrams and end of well reports
• Prepare performance and cost analysis
• Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Experience from 5 years in drilling and work over and preferable with offshore experience
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• The ability to communicate in English equivalent to a TOEIC of 550.
