2.Management Change Of Coordinator
Job Function:
·Provides
project wide coordination of moc (management of change) process, and
assist epc contract administrators and project control leads, also the
jakarta home office contracting team in terms of capturing, documenting
and obtaining appropriate approval of any potential commercial impact of
moc’s (i.e.: variance order requests (vor) or change order requests
(cor)), before they become change orders.
Responsibility And Duties:
·Develop project moc approval and distribution matrices for mocs
·Ensure mocs are properly routed and approved (verification indicated by change coordinator approval of each moc)
·Assist
in the development of moc estimates. Develop moc estimates for owner’s
cost originated by the home office, particularly against 3rd party

4.Commissioning Mechanic & Piping
Job Function:
·The
commissioning specialist – mechanical & piping reports to the
commissioning lead – onshore facilities and his scope of work includes
epc1, 2 and 5 projects . The specialist primary function is to
collaborate with the epc contractors to develop project commissioning
plans and procedures for systems and equipment associated with
mechanical and piping, and to execute the project commissioning programs
under the leadership of the commissioning lead.
The
specialist shall provide oversight and assists in the execution of the
commissioning and turnover programs and supports all systems completion
activities from construction through stable operations phase. The
specialist shall act as an sme (subject matter expert) in the discipline
specific commissioning activities. The specialist is responsible to
provide guidance, training, and oversight within his discipline
regarding commissioning planning and execution to the pt organization
and contractor’s systems completion organization.
Responsibility And Duties (Including But Not Limited To) :
·Provide support and guidance to the epc contractors in the development of project specific systems completions plan.
·Provide
support in the installation and operation of a computerized completion
management system (cms) database for tracking, certification, and
quality control purposes. Monitor the cms database of engineering
parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria.
·Involve
operations representatives in commissioning planning and execution.
Ensure operations personnel are familiarized with plant equipment and
systems according to the requirements the operability management plan.
·During detail design phase, under the direction of the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc contractors:

activities and alignment of execution planning with pt and operations.
·Prepare
all commissioning deliverables including turnover and completion
packages (tcp's), work packs, check-sheets, systems boundary drawings,

procedures, preservation/de-preservation plans and procedures,
completion dossiers, final systems list and priorities, commissioning
spares, first fills, commissioning consumables, temporary equipment for
commissioning, etc.
·Create
a vendor support register for commissioning activities including timely
mobilization and demobilization dates. Liaise with start-up lead to
integrate commissioning and start-up vendor support requirements
·During
construction, commissioning and start-up phases, under the direction of
the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc contractors:
·Provide onsite safety leadership to ensuring safe execution of commissioning activities and participate in pt safety initiatives

fat (factory acceptance test) plan and procedures and ensure that
contractors document the execution of fat and upload the fat results
into the project cms database.

construction completion, static commissioning, dynamic commissioning and

7.E&I Inspector – Field Facilities
Ensure
the installation of Electrical & Inspection (E&I) equipments /
instruments are meeting the project specification quality requirements
and / or vendor recommendations. Interfacing with other disciplines
starting from receipt of the E&I items through calibration and
installation to final pre-commissioning / commissioning activities.
Key requirements for this position are:
•Experienced in witnessing SAT (Site
Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical
& Instrument control systems
•Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same
Responsibility And Duties:
•Oversee and monitor inspection of E&I activities conducted at
Contractors / Sub-Contractors facilities and in the field
•Participate in receiving inspection of E&I items at site and monitor
the preservation program for the same until hand over
•Review or assist in reviewing E&I QC documents such as QA plans and pre-commissioning procedures
•Jointly develop E&I inspection check lists or review the check
lists generated by the Contractor for compliance to project requirements
•Witness instrument calibration at contractor facilities and / or in the
field for permanent project materials and temporary test instruments /
equipments used in E&I construction works

1.Regional Mechanical Technical Authority
Region
Technical Authorities are expert in Mechanical engineering. The
Mechanical Engineering TA is a primary source of technical advice in
mechanical areas to the EA (Engineering Authority) within the Region.
Region ME Technical Authority shall:
-At minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master degree
-Minimum of 15 years continues experience in Oil & Gas industry
experience – offshore and onshore projects and operations, with at least
