Progressive Oil&Gas Netherlands is currently looking for an Commissioning Engineer for a Metering job in Iraq.

You will be working for a Dutch client to commission (liquid) metering system on site in Iraq. It concerns an installation project of several metering skids.

The Job:
* Responsible for supervision during the construction phase which is done by a subcontractor
* You are responsible for the execution of the water draw procedure
* You are responsible for calibrating the ball prover
* Responsible for the leading installation of several metering skids, specifically ball provers
* Responsible for leading a team of mechanical and E&I commissioning engineers and technician.
* Responsible for reporting back to the client on progress, issues and accomplishments
* You have an insight in the actual situation on site in the field of Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation

About You:
* You have 15+ years experience in ( E&I ) Construction and Commissioning
* You have preferably an Electrical & Instrumentation education/background
* You have 5-10 years proven experience with metering systems
* You are fluent in English
* You have a strong personality
* You have proven experience in managing subcontractors
