Safety/QHESE Adviser - Nigeria - Expat

I am currently looking for a safety/QHESE adviser for immediate incorporation into my client a leader in offshore oil and gas marine services.

Below is the profile we are looking for:
A Marine Officer, Master Mariner or Marine Engineer. Proficient in the knowledge of the ISM convention, ISM Auditor, ISO 9001/2000 Quality Auditor, having experience in accident investigation.
The scope of the work will be mainly on the ships offshore, coaching safety awareness , implementing company policies, investigating incidents, reporting and evaluating safety behaviours, auditing ships and offices. The key performance will be evaluated based on incident rate, quality of reporting, visibility on board ships. You will advise management on the fleet status regarding Safety and action requirements.

Employment terms:
Based in Onne, Nigeria
Rotation based on 3 months on to 1 month off
1 year renewable contract .

Base salary of circa 90,000 Euros - Though this can be negotiable...

Accommodation provided while onshore in Onne and of course on board the vessels while offshore.
