Job description
How would you take it further as a QHSE Engineer?

As a leading offshore subsea engineering & construction services provider we can offer an interesting, varied and intensive working day. Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist in QHSES Management
- Perform QHSE management system assessments of potential suppliers/bidders.
- Give general support and advice Project Team on QHSE management matters.
- Co-ordinate/carry out HSE training.
- Prepare, issue and maintain QHSE Program/ Plan and QHSE Audit Schedule.
- Establish Emergency Preparedness Documents and facilitate emergency table top exercises
- Perform internal and external quality and HSE audits.
- Evaluate/assess/audit subcontractors’ Quality management and HSE management systems
- Prepare, conduct and close out HAZIDs, Risk Assessments, Design Reviews, Design Verification Plans, HAZOPs and Close Out Reports.
- Arrange for training in the Quality Management System

Qualifications
- Engineering Degree, or marine/naval/offshore education and experience.
- Previous QHSE experience.
- Risk Management/Assessment training and experience.
- Quality Auditor training/certification.
- Good verbal and written English and Norwegian.

Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience from offshore related industry
- Minimum 2 years HSE management / quality assurance experience.
- Preferred 1 year’s experience of Quality Surveillance or Field Inspection.
- Good knowledge of applicable Norwegian HSE Management Regulations and Standards.
