How would you take it further as an Engineer?
As a leading offshore engineering & construction services provider we can offer an interesting, varied and intensive working day. In Norway we have 4 offices: Sandvika, Stavanger, Haugesund and Orkanger. The working environment is social, informal and operational. Our working language is English.
We are currently looking for Specialists Engineers / Senior Engineers / Engineers - Subsea Installation and Tie-In for our office in Stavanger.
Responsibilities:
- Take on a Lead Engineer / Project Engineering Manager role in projects as required
- Prepare and review offshore installation procedures for typical offshore installation and intervention works as follows:
.Installation and recovery of flexible risers
.Installation of subsea structures
.Tie-in operations
.ROV intervention work
- Follow-up of Subcontractors
- Preparation and follow-up of equipment lists
- Preparation and verification of study reports related to subsea installation and tie-in
- Participation in tender work related to subsea installation and tie-in
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Good skills in English as a working language
- Good oral and written Norwegian is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant subsea installation experience for Specialist Engineers
- Minimum 4 years of relevant subsea installation experience for Senior Engineers
- 1-3 years relevant subsea installation experience for Engineers
- -Offshore installation experience from installation work in Norwegian waters
The work location for this position is Technip Norge offices in Jåttåvågen, Stavanger.
