A major oil & gas operator is looking for Warehouse Admin Assistant on 6 months contract basis with possible conversion to permanent staff depending on performance.
Job Description:
- Perform inventory update to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Review Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) & consignment items and monitor min/max inventory level
- Raise Purchase Requisition in Computerized Material Management System (CMMS) for stock replenishment
- Generate reports from CMMS per internal customers' requests; reports include IRIS, material usage, depreciable standby equipment list, non moving item list.
- Generate monthly expense report for Finance Department and raise stock/price adjustment form.
- Provide warehouse system administration support on CMMS
- Liaise with internal customers on new stock request
- Support internal customers in the creation of new stock code for new stock-up and reconditioned items in conjunction with Bill of Material (BOM) link.
- Support to delist obsolete items from inventory record.
- Ensure inventory record are correctly and timely updated in CMMS
- Maintain proper documentation & filing of all inventory records & paperwork.
- Work with Purchasing Department and external vendors/suppliers on delivery discrepancy issues, raise and close delivery discrepancy reports.
- Perform any other ad hoc warehouse support as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE'O' levels.
- Good administration and organizing skills
- Able to interact with people at all levels, internally & externally
- Good PC skills, hands-on SAP experience are an advantage.
