Responsibilities:
Ensure that all staff on site perform maintenance related work in a
safe manner in compliance with HSE practices with all applicable permits
to work in place.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local legislation,
statutory requirements and regulations as well as Corporate guidelines
while performing maintenance related duties and all other engineering
work.
Liaise with Maintenance Coordinators to check scope and quality of work delivered by service providers.
Establish preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipments
(rotating and static) in area of responsibility based on FMECA results.
Keep equipment in optimum operating condition by utilizing
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools to meet the reliability
goals set for area of responsibility
Liaise with maintenance planner and analyst to improve PM schedules.
Implement Condition Monitoring measures for mechanical equipment
such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubricants analysis to obtain
knowledge of status of equipment
Perform root cause analysis of failures and develop countermeasures to prevent future failing of equipment.
Reduce corrective maintenance in area of responsibility.
Provide know-how and technical expertise to troubleshoot failed equipment.
Identify First Line Maintenance (FLM) tasks to be carried out by
Operating Technicians and make sure that Operating Technicians are
properly trained for FLM
Propose plant improvements and utilize a Management of Change (MOC) process including proper documentation of change.
Ensure that maintenance work is performed within the given budget.
Requirements:
Full-Time position(s) available.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance function in the Petrochemical/Chemical industry
Possess strong safety awareness and ability to work independently.
Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage. |
