Key Responsibilities:
• Compile project data, including drawing and procurement programme as well as fabrication sequences -Identify milestones and resources available -Evaluate problem areas and highlight areas of concern -Analyze Contract to suppliers/sub-contractors/owner/any other external party -Assure an effective method to capture data from all parties -Create proper weightage to ensure correct reporting • Monitor progress installation procurement, design drawings -Check on progress -Verify works complete -Review any possible delay, develop recovery plan -Monitor material deliveries and drawing production • Prepare targets, review results and report -Target work areas -Review Progress -Prepare detailed Monthly Reports to owner -Prepare weekly progress reports with S’curve -Recommend any remedial works necessary -Forecast Progress Work Location: 33 Tuas Cresent, Singapore 638722 Working Days: 5 Days If interested, please send me your updated CV at danica@haskem.com.
