About the program:
It is BP’s global early career professional development program for all technical and professional disciplines. You will be immediately hired as -a permanent staff and will be engaged in a structured curriculum up until the end of the multi-year program. 


You will be getting:
• Professional roles to develop your technical expertise
• Unique blended learning experience, on-the-job and in-class training, with exposure to the entire upstream oil and gas industry
• Appropriate field experience for your discipline
• Proactive support of your professional development through personal coaching and mentoring


The requirements:
• Graduating in the near future (up to mid of 2013) or have graduated with less than 3 years of full-time work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and graduated from a reputable university
• Outstanding academic achievement, strong leadership and organizational experience with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in the English language - written and verbal
