POSITION SUMMARY
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Providing Production Engineering advice and support to maximize the Operations efficiency.
2. Managing respective people and organization.
3. Managing EHS function in the respective department.
4. Managing relevant administration and report.

Main Activities:
1. Providing production engineering advice and support to maximize the offshore and onshore operations efficiency.
• Has role as mentor to more junior production and operations engineers.
• Has role as senior member of the team that provides production engineering support to field operations.
• Provides production data and reports on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.
• Reviews well test and operating data in order to improve efficiency, raise production and reduce operating costs.
• Ensures prosper well models are kept up to date.
• Develops and improves techniques to actively monitor and optimize gas, oil and condensate production.
• Actively participates in the Production Optimization process to proactively identify, develop and implement opportunities (opex & capex) to enhance production.
• Responsible for the preparation of the short term production forecast.
• Updates the Integrated capacity model.
• Maintains a network model for production optimization.
• Acts as key liaison between subsurface, drilling and operations staff.
• Provides input into completion designs (including gas lift design) and influence drilling and completion design for future wells.
• Plans and supervises rig less well interventions.
• Plans work over programs.
• Works closely with field personnel to manage well and Christmas tree integrity, including corrosion monitoring.
• Assists in preparation and maintenance of annual operation s team budget.

2. Managing respective people and organization
• Leads and gives mentoring to junior engineers and those unfamiliar with production engineering discipline.
• Participates in training operations personnel.


3. Managing EHS function in the respective department
• Demonstrates appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies.
• Performs emergency response duties as required.
• Compliance with environmental regulations and targets.

4. Managing relevant administration and report
• Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. - based on the function of this position).
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the company s documentation.

 
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education and Experience:
• 5 - 15 years experience in oil and gas operations, production engineering, subsurface or completions environment.
• A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum.

b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
• Proficient in nodal analysis and network modelling.
• Proficient with OFM and database management.
• Familiar with well intervention techniques and completion design philosophy.
• Familiar with decline curve analysis.
• Familiar with production optimization.
• Familiar with gas lift design and operation.

c) Basic Skill:
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point, email, internet, OFM, Petroleum Experts Suite.
• Language: fluent spoken and written English.


Currently we have a position open in our Jakarta office as HR Advisor – Industrial/Employee Relations (10341)


POSITION SUMMARY
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to HR Manager, HR Advisor – IR/ER is responsible to design, implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. The position is also responsible for being the main focal point to Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department. Internally the person will be the focal point in dealing with the Union and solving any Employee Relation issue. As part of the job the incumbent is expected to keep abreast of government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.

Main Activities:
1. Manages employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
2. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including grievance procedures.
3. Engage leadership team in policy development and changes as well as socialize company policies to union and employees in general.
4. Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions and taking the lead in conducting the socialization of industrial policies to employee.
5. Represent the company in every non litigation disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and High Supreme Court as required).
6. Administer collective bargaining agreements and resolves employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
7. Help line managers implement fair procedures to deal with misconduct and incapacity (medical or poor work performance).
8. Analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation to HR/Management.
9. Maintain relationship with Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department.
10. Keep abreast of changes in government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.




REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelors degree (Preferred in Law/Finance/Psychology).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR particularly industrial relations and employee services/general affairs, as well as generalist role.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and other related regulations.

b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
• Analytical skills and dispute resolution.
• Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, and in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian manpower, outsourcing laws and other related regulations.
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practice.
• Fast learner and eager to learning.
• Good negotiation, communication and engagement skills.


c) Basic skill:
• Computer Literate, familiarity with excels is a must.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.
• Initiative, excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
