Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or a related discipline required;
* Master's degree in Safety Engineering or a safety related discipline preferred;
* Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in oil & gas required; 10 or more years preferred;
* HAZWOPER/ICS certification and emergency response experience preferred;
* Advanced facilitation skills in process hazard analysis, job hazard analysis incident investigation and H&S program development required;
* Strong working knowledge of State and Federal safety regulations required;
* Strong knowledge of oil & gas production, compression, and pipeline operations required;
* Effective training skills required;
* Effective problem solving and facilitation skills required;
* Travel and frequent field interaction required;
* Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous tasks required;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Word) required;
* Valid driver's license with good driving record required;
* Ability to travel required.
